If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR, if special categories of data are processed according to Art. 9 para. 1 GDPR. Recipients of Personal Data
As part of our business activities, we work with various external parties. This may also require the transmission of personal data to these external parties.
We only pass on personal data to external parties if this is necessary for the performance of a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. disclosure to tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest in the disclosure according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, or if another legal basis permits the data disclosure.
When using processors, transmission takes place exclusively on the basis of a valid data processing agreement. In the case of joint processing, a joint processing agreement is concluded.
Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

- If the processing is unlawful and you request restriction instead of deletion.
- If we no longer need the data, but you need it for the assertion or defense of legal claims.
- If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR — for the duration of the balancing of interests.

SSL or TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Plugins and Tools
Various technical components are used on our website. These serve to provide certain functions or to display content uniformly. The processing of personal data depends on the respective tool and is explained in the following sections.
Google Fonts (Local Hosting)
This website uses fonts ("Google Fonts") that are integrated locally. The fonts are loaded exclusively from our own server. There is no connection to Google servers.
Local hosting means that no personal data — in particular no IP address — is transmitted to Google. There is no processing of personal data by Google in connection with these fonts.
Objection to Advertising Emails
The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby objected to. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam emails.
4. Data Collection on This Website
Cookies
Our websites use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any damage to your end device. They are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your end device. Session cookies are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them yourself or they are automatically deleted by your web browser.
Cookies can originate from us (first-party cookies) or from third-party companies (third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable the integration of external content or functions.
Numerous cookies are technically necessary, as certain website functions would not work without them. Other cookies can be used to evaluate user behavior or for advertising purposes.
Cookies that are necessary for the execution of the electronic communication process, for the provision of certain functions or for the optimization of the website ("necessary cookies") are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified.
If consent to the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG). The consent can be revoked at any time.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies, only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.
You can find out which cookies and services are used on this website in this privacy policy.
Third-Party Cookies
On our website — depending on the consent given in the cookie banner (Klaro) — cookies from third parties are also used. These serve exclusively for the provision of external content.
- Panomax Livecams (integration of external webcam content)
These cookies are only set if you have expressly consented to their use (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG). The consent can be revoked at any time via the "Cookie Settings" button in the footer.
Panomax Livecams
On our website we integrate livecam content from Panomax GmbH. The livecams are only loaded if you have consented to the display of external content in the cookie banner or via "Cookie Settings".

This data is required for the provision of the livecam content and is processed by Panomax on its own responsibility.

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources.
This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of their website — for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.
Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this has been requested; the consent can be revoked at any time.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.
Inquiry by Email, Telephone or Fax
If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this has been requested; the consent can be revoked at any time.
The data you send to us will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. completed inquiry). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular statutory retention periods — remain unaffected.
Data Processing When Using PMS Systems (Widgets)
Widgets from the company zadego GmbH (easybooking) are implemented on this website.
zadego GmbH
Anton-Melzer-Straße 10
6020 Innsbruck
Österreich
Easybooking is a Property Management System (PMS) that is used by the controller to manage bookings and guest data. The implemented widgets can — depending on the tourism business — contain the following functions, among others:
- Inquiry form
- Booking mask
- Small Search (inquiry/booking)
- Category view
- Room view
- Package widget
- Price overview & price comparison
- Availability calendar
- Online check-in
a. General
In order to process your inquiry or booking, it is necessary to process the data you provide. The controller and zadego GmbH have a contractual relationship; the controller uses the easybooking software to manage bookings, inquiries and guest data.
The personal data you enter is transmitted to the management system and to companies connected to it. This concerns in particular:
- the controller (accommodation establishment)
- Tourism associations
- Registration providers
- Payment providers (e.g. for processing online payments)
- other companies that are necessary to fulfill statutory or contractual obligations
Processing always takes place within the framework of legal provisions and on the basis of your consent.
b. Data Collection
As part of an inquiry or booking, you provide data necessary for processing. This usually includes:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Address
- Telephone number
- Payment data (bank details, credit card data)
- Dates of birth (e.g. for identification of children)
The collection takes place exclusively within the legally permissible framework and only through your active participation. Electronically given consents are documented in accordance with legal requirements.
c. Purpose of Data Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Processing of inquiries
- Preparation of offers
- Online check-in
- Fulfillment of statutory registration obligations
- Payment processing
- Invoicing
If personal data is entered via one of the widgets (e.g. booking mask, inquiry form), this is always done on a voluntary basis and exclusively for the purpose of processing your accommodation request.
If no contractual relationship is established, the data will be automatically deleted unless there are statutory retention periods.
Registration Obligation
The controller is obliged under the applicable registration law to register all guests with the data specified in the law. These include, among others:
- Name and name of accompanying persons
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Nationality
- Country of origin
- Address
- Travel document data
- Period of stay
a. Guest Register
The controller maintains a guest register in which all transmitted guest data is recorded. This register is subject to automatic deletion and anonymization periods. The storage takes place on the servers of zadego GmbH, which acts as a processor in this case.
Transfer to a third country does not take place without prior information to the data subjects.
